Vision Tooling is one of the biggest tooling group in China with about 1,000-1,500 employees. In order to manage the organization with such a big scale scientifically and divide the duties clearly, we had established a specific management system and comprehensive organization structure.

l Hot Forming Tool Division
Hot stamping tooling division totals about 90 staffs working in tool center, composed of 22 engineers (including CAE analysis and design engineers),33 machinists,24 assembly staffs and 11 quality & PM associates,which makes this division be the largest hot forming tool developer & builder in the world.
l Cold Forming Tool Division:
Workforce: People focused on tooling activities in cold stamping tool division of Vision Tooling totals about 800. There are 244 experts in engineering period, and 110 die-makers for progressive dies and 134 die-makers for transfer dies in assembly period.
Experience: Employees work for two shifts with an average of 10-15 years tooling experience.
Education & Skill Level: All process and design engineers have Engineering Degree and worked on floor for years before moving to office.
l Mission Gauge & Fixture Co.,Ltd.(Subsidiary)
Mission group is a subsidiary company of Vision Tooling, which is a well-known supplier specialized in checking fixture and welding equipment. There are nearly 230 employees work for two shifts to ensure max capacity,180 of them work for gauge and others are for welding,each of them has rich experience and knowledge about this industry,whose hard works make the annual output of 5000 sets and the shortest delivery time of 25 days come true.
Mission group invest most of high-leveled skilled labor to the engineering period:
For preliminary design: There are 35 engineers, including 20% senior engineers, 50% intermediate engineers, 30% junior engineers, and 45% with more than 5 years of working experience.
For automatic welding: There are 26 engineers, including 20% process engineers, 12% electrical engineers, 68% design engineers, and 51% with more than 5 years of working experience.
